All orders in the UNITED STATES will be sent Media Mail, unless the customer chooses otherwise. Each package is insured for damage and lost in transit.
For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS all packages will be sent via USPS either First Class or Priority, or UPS International. It is up to the customer to choose the method that best suits their needs for their home postal service. These packages are not insured past the baseline insurance that comes with the chosen mail service. IE: UPS INTERNATIONAL comes with $100 Insurance. As per USPS FCMI is not insured but Priority is for up to $100.

All international orders must be aware of their own countries mailing and important services & fees. VML is NOT responsible for VAT and Government Import fees on your package. If you refuse delivery and the package gets sent back to VML, you will only receive a refund on the items MINUS an shipping costs.
